Real assets

Real assets demand long-term thinking and sector-specific insight. We help investors, owners, financiers and operators unlock value across infrastructure, energy, property and other real-economy asset classes.

Our practice

We advise institutional investors, private capital sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, developers, financiers and assets managers on property, agriculture, forestry and other asset-backed sectors, covering acquisitions, divestments, funding and joint ventures.

With strong capability across financing, regulatory issues, structuring and ongoing asset management arrangements, we provide the integrated advice needed to manage risk and maximise long-term return.  We understand the commercial, operational and policy settings shaping New Zealand’s real asset markets, and we help clients position for both immediate execution and future growth.
