Mayne Wetherell Transactions Recognised at the INFINZ 2026 Awards

The Mayne Wetherell team are looking forward to celebrating the achievements of the finalists at the INFINZ Awards dinner tonight in Auckland.

Our team are proud to have been involved in a number of the transactions recognised among this year’s nominees, including:

■     Acting for Auckland Council on its NZ$250m three-year floating rate secured wholesale sustainability-linked bond;

■     Acting for Auckland International Airport Limited on its NZ$200m 5.5-year retail fixed rate bond and NZ$100m 3-year wholesale floating rate note;

■     Acting for the lenders on Contact Energy’s NZ$2.6bn acquisition of Manawa Energy; and

■     Acting for the lenders on Powerco’s Syndicated bank loan facility.

We also congratulate our clients Channel Infrastructure, Tax Traders, Taxi and Vulcan Steel on their respective nominations.
