Capital raising

Mayne Wetherell’s capital raising practice delivers strategic, commercially grounded advice across the full spectrum of equity and debt funding.

Our practice

We act for issuers, investors and intermediaries on private placements, pre IPO raisings, venture and growth capital rounds, and wholesale documentation.  We advise across the full lifecycle of a transaction through capital structure design, investor negotiation, documentation and regulatory lodgements, ensuring execution is smooth, compliant and aligned with market expectations.

Leveraging our expertise in corporate, finance, tax, and regulatory frameworks, we work to understand our clients’ long-term strategic goals and deliver funding solutions that are practical and structurally sound.  Our experience with the Financial Markets Conduct Act and NZX Listing Rules ensures clients cross fast moving markets with confidence and clarity.
