Cameron is a highly experienced banking and finance lawyer specialising in securitisation, leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance and general property and corporate finance.

Cameron is highly regarded for his clear and concise communication and his ability to achieve great outcomes on complex transactions.

Cameron has advised all major domestic banks and several international lenders, credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of finance transactions.  He has particular expertise advising on complex securitisation transactions including for originators, financiers and trustees across multiple asset classes. He also acts for financiers and borrowers in relation to large acquisition financings.

Advised the senior lenders to two solarZero securitisation trusts following the commencement of liquidation of solarZero (energy).
