Cameron is a highly experienced banking and finance lawyer specialising in securitisation, leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance and general property and corporate finance.

Cameron has advised all major domestic banks and several international lenders, credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of finance transactions. He has particular expertise advising on complex securitisation transactions including for originators, financiers and trustees across multiple asset classes. He also acts for financiers and borrowers in relation to large acquisition financings.

Advised NZGT as trustee in relation to the establishment of the Partners Finance securitisation programme, including multiple warehouses (financial services).
Advised Blue Planet on its acquisition of Smart Environmental Group (waste).
Advised Vulcan Steel in relation to all aspects of its bank corporate debt financing (manufacturing).
Advised Merricks Capital in relation to all aspects of the financing of the development of a new hotel and apartments at 51 Albert Street, Auckland (property).
