Cameron is an experienced M&A and corporate lawyer, with a focus on private and public M&A, private equity, foreign investment, restructurings and corporate advisory.  He brings a solutions-based approach to managing transactions and complex legal situations.

Cameron has significant local and international experience on M&A transactions and capital raisings, advising a range of financial sponsors and corporates on their investment activities across a range of industry sectors. He regularly advises on inbound investment transactions and has experience managing and advising on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, bringing overseas expertise gained at Gilbert + Tobin and Clifford Chance.

His practice extends to public markets transactions and corporate advisory work, regularly acting for listed issuers on transactional and corporate governance related mandates. He also advises listed issuers on their climate-related disclosure and reporting processes.

Cameron is highly regarded for his transaction management and ability to understand the drivers of a client’s business, ensuring that their strategic initiatives are met in a pragmatic and results-focused way.
