Tom is a senior associate with a focus on private M&A, private equity, foreign investment and a range of corporate and commercial matters.
Tom has experience acting for domestic and international clients on complex buy‑side and sell‑side private M&A transactions, private equity investments and foreign investment matters. His experience includes transactions in the healthcare, forestry and financial services sectors for private equity sponsors, foreign investors, and public and private companies.
Alongside his transactional practice, Tom works with clients on corporate and commercial matters that arise in the course of his clients’ businesses. He advises on material contracts, shareholder arrangements and regulatory issues linked to their ongoing operations and investments.
