Advised Channel Infrastructure in respect of its refinancing matters (energy).
Advised Indi in respect of the establishment of its prime mortgage warehouse financing (financial services).
Advised Merricks Capital in relation to all aspects of the financing of the Mangawhai Central development (real estate and construction).
Advised Transpower in respect of domestic and foreign green bond issuances, and refinancing of its banking facilities (energy).
