Mayne Wetherell is delighted to have advised Watercare Services Limited on the establishment of its New Zealand, Australian and European medium term note programmes this year, as well as on its inaugural NZ$400m wholesale issuance. Each of these transactions represents a significant milestone following Watercare’s transition to financial independence from Auckland Council on 1 July 2025.
