PGG Wrightson banking arrangements
Acted for ANZ National Bank Limited, Bank of New Zealand and Westpac Banking Corporation as joint lead arrangers and senior financiers in relation to the refinancing of PGG Wrightson Limited’s financing arrangements.
Restructure and recapitalisation of MediaWorks (TV3 and radio)
Mayne Wetherell acted for BNZ as agent and the senior banking syndicate, comprising domestic and international banks, in relation to the restructure and recapitalisation of the HT Media group of companies (now GR Media) which operate TV3 and the RadioWorks businesses. This restructure completed in December 2009.
