Mayne Wetherell acted as New Zealand counsel for GE Commercial Corporation (Australia) Pty Limited and GE Commercial Finance NZ as financiers in connection with the acquisition of the Atlas Specialty Metals distribution business in Australia and New Zealand by a consortium of Balron Nominees and entities associated with Greenstone Partners Private Capital. The transaction completed in November 2008. |
