Mayne Wetherell acted, together with Clayton Utz, for Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO and BOS International (Australia) Limited as arrangers and financiers in relation to the acquisition of shares in CanWest MediaWorks (NZ) Limited by HT Media Limited (a subsidiary established by the sponsors, Ironbridge Capital and Oaktower Partnership). The takeover offer was made in June 2006. |
