Establishment of funds management structure
Mayne Wetherell advised in relation to the establishment of the specialist boutique funds management company Mint Asset Management Limited and acted for Mint in setting up its master trust funds management structure. The first unit trust established under this structure was the Mint Australia New Zealand Active Equity Trust in February 2007. |
