Mayne Wetherell acted for ABN AMRO, Barclays Bank, Calyon and Deutsche Bank as arrangers and financiers in relation to the acquisition by CCMP Asia and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Board of Yellow Pages Group for a purchase price exceeding NZ$2.1 billion. The transaction completed in April 2007.
Acquisition of Independent Liquor
Mayne Wetherell acted, together with Allens Arthur Robinson, for ANZ and Barclays Bank as arrangers and financiers in relation to the acquisition by PEP and CCMP of Independent Liquor for a purchase price exceeding NZ$1.2 billion. The transaction completed in January 2007. |
