Chem Laboratories is an internationally recognised leading animal health and pharmaceutical research and development company and Nufarm's Animal Health and Science business is a leading manufacturer of animal pharmaceuticals. Investment in Wyma Engineering (NZ) Limited (WEL)
Mayne Wetherell acted for ANZ Capital in relation to its investment in WEL, a special purpose vehicle incorporated to acquire the Wyma engineering business.
