Metro GlassTech Group of companies Trade Sale
Mayne Wetherell recently acted for the vendors of Metropolitan Glass and Glazing Limited and the Metro GlassTech group of companies. The Metro GlassTech group together comprises New Zealand's largest industrial, commercial and residential glass products and frameless glass systems business. The sale was conducted by way of a competitive tender process and an agreement for sale was concluded with NZ Glass Investment Company Limited, a subsidiary of Catalyst Investment Managers Pty Limited. Settlement occurred on 1 August 2006. Mayne Wetherell acted for the vendors on all legal aspects of the transaction. |
