The transaction completed in February 2008.
MARAC securitization programme
Mayne Wetherell acted for Westpac Banking Corporation as arranger in relation to the establishment of a securitisation programme for MARAC Finance Limited. The first trust established under the MARAC securitization programme provided for the issue of commercial paper to fund the acquisition of finance receivables.
Tegel Foods acquisition financing
Mayne Wetherell acted for Westpac Banking Corporation and BOS International (Australia) Limited as senior financiers in connection with the acquisition by a consortium lead by Pacific Equity Partners of Tegel Foods. The transaction completed in April 2006.
