NZX
Access brokerage
In September 2004, Wellington based share broker Access Brokerage was placed into liquidation and banned from trading on the NZX after irregularities were discovered in transactions that had taken place in the firms settlement account. NZX and Access banker's, BNZ, moved swiftly to provide a satisfactory outcome for all affected Access clients. Mayne Wetherell advised the directors of NZX. |
