Mayne Wetherell advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the establishment of the joint venture and the making of the takeover offer.
Establishment of securitisation programme
Mayne Wetherell acted for New Zealand Finance Limited in relation to the establishment of its master trust residential mortgage-backed securitisation programme. The first trust established under the New Zealand Finance securitisation programme was a warehouse trust originating residential mortgages. |
