Waste Management amalgamation with Transpacific
Mayne Wetherell acted, together with Mallesons Stephen Jaques, as advisor to Transpacific's financiers, National Australia Bank Limited and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, in connection with the funding package provided to Transpacific for the purpose of completing the amalgamation of Transpacific and Waste Management New Zealand Limited. The amalgamation took effect on 3 July 2006. |
